Why I’m Here…

Welcome! I’m Carmen Everall, founder of Everall Wellness. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, award-winning author of The Spiritual Warrior Guide to Healing book series, and creator of Guided Meditations and Self-directed Online Mastery Programs to help you heal. I aim to help you regain your health, inner peace, joy, strength, and resilience. I focus on transforming negative thought patterns associated with conscious or unconscious feelings and thoughts that trigger us to behave or react in certain ways that no longer serve us while nurturing our overall well-being. I focus on helping you change negative thought patterns that cause anxiety, stress, depression, phobia and grief while supporting your overall holistic wellness. I use techniques like Active Listening without judgement and Trauma-Informed Storytelling, which recognize how unresolved emotions or trauma can affect you. I use storytelling as a powerful healing tool for how we can all triumph over trauma. I also emphasize Post-Traumatic Growth, guiding you through personal growth after difficult experiences or trauma. I integrate methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Body-Mind Techniques (BMT), Brainspotting, Chi Kung and Guided Meditations to support this.

Having personally overcome Family Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, and other significant traumas, I have a deep understanding of what it’s like to face these obstacles.

I combine my expertise as a Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Certified Body-Mind Therapist, Brainspotting Facilitator, Meditation teacher, Award-winning Author, and Public Speaker to guide you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
